On Friday, Fairfield were out to avenge their 0-54 defeat to Oskaloosa from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Fairfield came up short against Oskaloosa, falling 14-28. This makes it the second loss in a row for Fairfield. The matchup pushed Fairfield down to 1-2 and pulled Oskaloosa up to the reverse at 2-1.
Next week Fairfield take on Grinnell at 7:30 PM. As for Oskaloosa, they will face off against Norwalk.
