White Sulphur Springs won the last time they faced Noxon, and things went their way on Friday, too. White Sulphur Springs managed a somewhat close 32-27 victory over Noxon. The success made it back-to-back wins for White Sulphur Springs.
The win bumped White Sulphur Springs' record up to 2-0. The defeat dropped Noxon's record to 2-1.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week White Sulphur Springs take on Lincoln at White Sulphur Springs High School at 1:00 PM. Lincoln had less luck in their last contest and are out to reverse White Sulphur Springs's good fortune. Noxon will stay at home against Hot Springs at 7:00 PM. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win.
