She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than 11 strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Morgan Harper was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one double, and one RBI. Delaney Bell was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs.
John Glenn hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least three batters in ten consecutive matchups.
John Glenn's record now sits at 17-2. As for Philo, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.
