Last Tuesday, Collegiate made easy work of St. Margaret's and carried off a 21-2 win. The Cougars have beaten the Scotties the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Scotties has come to flipping the script.
Austyn Ennis made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. Ennis was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

Collegiate's speedy runners might be the difference in Thursday's matchup. The Cougars have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 9.1 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Christchurch School, though, as they've been averaging only 0.9 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Collegiate continue to outrun the ball?
Collegiate might still be hurting after the 19-4 defeat they got from Christchurch School in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
