The Arcadia Apaches fell victim to the Muir Mustangs''s stalwart defense on Thursday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were dealt a 37-0 loss at the hands of the Mustangs. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Arcadia in their matchups with Muir: they've now lost four in a row.
Keyon Mills rushed for 97 yards on only seven carries. Jaelin Moten was his top target, picking up 48 receiving yards and no touchdowns.
Arcadia's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Muir, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
Arcadia will head out on the road to face off against Crescenta Valley at 7:00 p.m. on October 27th. As for Muir, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Pasadena at 7:00 p.m. Pasadena comes in on a streak of failing to score more than eight points in their last six games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
