In other batting news, Quincy got a massive performance out of Nate Konrad, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two doubles. Those three hits gave Konrad a new career-high. Mason Dent also deserves some recognition as he launched his first home run of the season.
Quincy lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Sterling beat Bureau Valley 7-2 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Warriors.
