Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Big Valley). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Dunsmuir Tigers 69-37. The win was nothing new for the Cardinals as they're now sitting on four straight.
Big Valley was led to victory by Juan Flores and Josue Barba. Flores dropped a triple-double on 20 points, 11 boards, and 11 assists, while Barba posted 16 points along with seven steals and five assists. Flores' evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Dayton Edgerton was another key player, putting up 11 points.
They weren't the only one working in the assists department: Big Valley was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
