St. Pius X Catholic posted their biggest win yet this season on Friday. They came out on top against South Cobb by a score of 55-28 (the very same score they lost by the week prior). Given St. Pius X Catholic's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 191st, while South Cobb is ranked 391st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
The victory got North Atlanta back to even at 7-7. As for St. Pius X Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season.
