Science Hill extended the longest winning streak in AAA District 1 this week by beating Daniel Boone, 17-0. This was the team's seventh consecutive win.
Dobyns-Bennett took down David Crockett 73-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
David Crockett's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Pioneers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ryan Burger has thrown for 332 yards and one touchdown this season, while Devin Walker has eight catches for 207 yards. Jordan Turner leads the league in rushing with 332 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Tennessee takes on the Indians. The Vikings are currently in third, while Dobyns-Bennett is in second.
Sullivan South made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,720 from 4,653. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 33-6 victory over Volunteer last week.
