While Jonesboro's victory against Aquilla wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Jonesboro came out on top in a nail-biter against Aquilla on Monday, sneaking past 6-4. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won four in a row.

Jonesboro's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Aquilla, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
