It's playoff time, and Joshua had no trouble coming through when it counted. They beat the South Hills Scorpions on Friday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 11-1. Considering the Owls have won 12 games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Joshua is on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 21 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-8-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for South Hills, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16-2 record this season.

Joshua will square off against Grapevine on Thursday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something the Owls surely won't give up without a fight. South Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
