Fans got a thrill when Parker Holland and Jonathan Bouvier connected against Canterbury. The longest such play in 2A District 5 this season, the connection resulted in 95 yards.
Bradenton Christian moved up to 374 from 418 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Panthers climbed the ranks as a result of topping Out-of-Door Academy 38-9.
Keswick Christian's dynamic duo of Holland and Bouvier proved to be unstoppable against the Crusaders, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Holland threw for 235 yards and 2 touchdowns and Bouvier had 95 yards receiving.

Bouvier was the best receiver in the league this week as Keswick Christian lost to Bill Jones' team.
Joey Giardina was the best running back in 2A District 5 this week. In 10 carries, he ran for 114 yards as Bradenton Christian lost to the Crusaders. Sinclair Laskett also contributed to the rushing game with 96 yards on the ground.
Holland put up the best numbers in passing as the Crusaders lost to Canterbury.
He went 9-21 with 3 interceptions.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Indian Rocks Christian takes on Carrollwood Day. The Golden Eagles are currently in sixth, while the Patriots are in second.
The Crusaders were the team made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fifth to first in the league. Earlier in the week, Canterbury triumphed over the Crusaders 27-13.
