Soccer Recap: Ceiba College Preparatory Academy Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Ceiba College Preparatory Academy was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Gonzales Spartans could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Raziel Garcia-Romero and Diego Sanchez scored both of Ceiba College Preparatory Academy's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

With that draw, Ceiba College Preparatory Academy's record moves to 1-5-1. As for Gonzales, they moved theirs to 5-2-4.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Monte Vista Christian the next time they take the pitch. Gonzales will host Monte Vista Christian at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, while Ceiba College Preparatory Academy will host them at 5:45 p.m. on January 14th.
