Pilgrim suffered their biggest loss since November 14, 2023 on Tuesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 52-27 walloping at the hands of San Fernando Valley Academy.
Meanwhile, Mesrobian entered their tilt with Waverly with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Mesrobian breezed by Waverly on the road to the tune of 100-17. Mesrobian's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Pilgrim's loss was their fifth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 2-7. As for Mesrobian, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season.
