Westminster Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Young Americans Christian apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played two weeks ago.
Young Americans Christian was led to victory by Cadence Shorter and Shelby Housworth. Shorter scored 9 points along with 5 rebounds, while Housworth scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Kassidy Scott, who scored 9 points along with 3 steals.
Westminster Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Young Americans Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.
