The team also got some help courtesy of Biruk Dietz, who scored ten points along with six assists and two steals.
Maranatha Christian Academy pushed their record up to 8-4 with that win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Heritage Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.
Maranatha Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Bishop Seabury Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Seabury Academy presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Maranatha Christian Academy in Kansas (Bishop Seabury Academy is ranked 112th, while Maranatha Christian Academy is ranked 241st). As for Heritage Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Cair Paravel at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
