The Hume-Fogg Blue Knights can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They blew past Maplewood, posting a 67-33 victory on the road. The victory was nothing new for Hume-Fogg as they're now sitting on nine straight.
Hume-Fogg's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Michael Nwoye, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 12 rebounds. Nwoye is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Alonzo Rhodes, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds.
Hume-Fogg has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Maplewood, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.
Hume-Fogg will head out on the road to take on Lawson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Maplewood, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Valor College Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
