In what's become a running theme this season, the Salisbury Panthers gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They really took it to Fayette for the full four quarters, racking up a 81-27 win on the road. The win was nothing new for Salisbury as they're now sitting on 12 straight.
Despite the loss, Fayette saw an underclassman step up: Jaron Cross scored six points.
Salisbury pushed their record up to 14-1 with that win, which was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points per game. As for Fayette, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Salisbury will head out on the road to take on the Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Glasgow's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six matches. As for Fayette, they will be playing at home against the Thunderbirds at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
