Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Haskell walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Archer City Wildcats with a sharp 52-30 victory on Monday. The Indians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Archer City lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Malia Jones, who posted five points. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Haskell's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-12. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.2 points over those games. As for Archer City, their loss dropped their record down to 18-15.

Haskell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 34-28 defeat against Crawford on the 13th. Archer City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
