Meanwhile, M.L. King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 17-0 to Pace Academy. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Lions' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.
Midtown's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-0. As for M.L. King, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
