Lincoln is 8-2 against Tracy since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Lincoln Trojans will head out on the road to take on the Tracy Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in Lincoln's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six games.
Lincoln stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 87-65 margin over Edison. Given Lincoln's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 47th, while Edison is ranked 397th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Anthony Moore continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Quentin Thompson, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Tracy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 70-47 walloping at the hands of Lodi. Tracy has struggled against Lodi recently, as their matchup on Friday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Lincoln is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. As for Tracy, they dropped their record down to 6-19 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
Everything came up roses for Lincoln against Tracy in their previous meeting back in January as the team secured a 83-32 win. With Lincoln ahead 48-21 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
