Even though the Honeoye Bulldogs have not done well against the R Red Jacket recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Honeoye came out on top against R by a score of 51-42. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Honeoye also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Tim Brown and Truman Hill certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Brown scored 15 points along with five rebounds and three steals, while Hill almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Brown has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jackson Kennelly, who scored two points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Honeoye will face off against Dundee/Bradford Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for R, they will head out on the road to face off against Harley Allendale Columbia at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
