This season hasn't been kind to the Hagerstown Tigers, who are still winless after their seventh match. They fell 48-37 to Cowan on Thursday. Hagerstown was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Cowan apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Leading Cowan to victory were Savannah Hall and Davelynn Lindsay. Hall dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds, while Lindsay scored 19 points along with 8 assists and 7 rebounds. That makes it seven consecutive games in which Lindsay has scored at least 25% of Cowan's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklyn Hall, who scored 2 points along with 11 rebounds.
Hagerstown's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-7. As for Cowan, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-6.
Hagerstown will head out on the road to face off against Union County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cowan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Blue River Valley at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th.
