Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Carey Blue Devils walked away with it. They blew past Columbia 48-0 at home. The win was nothing new for Carey as they're now sitting on 11 straight.
Carey's victory was their eighth straight at home , which pushed their record up to 11-2. As for Columbia, their loss dropped their record down to 10-2.
Carey will head out on the road to face off against Columbus Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Columbus Grove is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
