Edgar lost to Assumption back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. Everything went the Edgar Wildcats' way against the Assumption Royals as the Edgar Wildcats made off with a 61-41 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Edgar is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.2 points per game. As for Assumption, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
