Chambersburg got themselves on the board against Mifflin County on Tuesday, but Mifflin County never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Chambersburg is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Mifflin County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chambersburg is set to face off against their familiar foe Altoona at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in the Trojans' favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while the Mountain Lions have been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road. Meanwhile, Mifflin County will take on rival Cedar Cliff at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
