Garden Plain won the last time they faced Conway Springs and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Owls came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0.

Garden Plain never let Conway Springs on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21.

Reese Stuhlsatz paced Garden Plain's offense, picking up eight kills. Stuhlsatz got some help from Jaicey Stuhlsatz and her 21 assists.

Conway Springs' loss came despite strong showings from Lanie Hartman and Samantha Howard. Hartman had four digs and one block, while Howard had six digs and one assist. Hartman is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season.

Garden Plain has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. As for Conway Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Garden Plain has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Belle Plaine on the 30th. As for Conway Springs, they will face off against Kingman at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Cardinals are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
