Mid-Missouri HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They were three  points away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   43-40 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lighthouse Christian Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chargers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  35-28  back in December of 2024.
 Mid-Missouri HomeSchool lost  despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was   Taylor Dorr, who  posted ten points and six  steals.  Cadence Keeney was another key player,  putting up eight  points and six  steals.
Mid-Missouri HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Lighthouse Christian, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.
 Mid-Missouri HomeSchool has already played their next game,  a  62-42  defeat against Kansas City East Christian Academy on the 15th. Lighthouse Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
