The Harding University Rams will stay at home for another game and welcome the Nansemond River Warriors at 1:00 p.m. on December 22nd. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Monday, Harding University was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 54-48 to Piedmont.
Meanwhile, Nansemond River unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They were the victim of a rough 61-39 defeat at the hands of Deep Creek. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Nansemond River has scored all season.
Harding University's loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-7. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.0 points per game. As for Nansemond River, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-1.
