The Riverdale Ridge Ravens had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They took down Niwot 35-17. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Riverdale Ridge also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2022.
It was another big night for Isaiah Medina, who threw for 215 yards and three touchdowns. Marcus Mcfadden did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 102 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Riverdale Ridge's win was their third straight on the road , which pushed their record up to 8-2. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.67 points. As for Niwot, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
Riverdale Ridge will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Mead at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Colorado (Mead is ranked 68th, while Riverdale Ridge is ranked 51st). As for Niwot, they will be playing at home against Denver North at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
