Football Recap: Plainfield North Comes Up Short at Home Against Plainfield Central

Plainfield North unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were dealt a 47-0 loss at the hands of the Plainfield Central Wildcats on Monday.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Plainfield North will take on rival Oswego East at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Meanwhile, Plainfield Central is set to challenge their familiar foe Romeoville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The match will also give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season.
