Mt. Vernon saw some tournament action last Friday. They took a 32-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of Eastern Greene.

Meanwhile, Carmi-White County beat Middleton 48-41 two weeks ago.
Carmi-White County is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
