Pulaski County put the finishing touches on their third blowout victory of the season on Friday. They blew past Hidden Valley 41-19. The win was just what Pulaski County needed coming off of a 52-24 defeat in their prior matchup.
Trevor Gallimore was a one-man wrecking crew for Pulaski County as he rushed for 229 yards and five touchdowns. Gallimore is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's played.
Meanwhile, Cave Spring took a serious blow against Salem two weeks ago, falling 51-3. While losing is never fun, Cave Spring can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia football rankings (they are ranked 157th, while Salem is ranked tenth).
Pulaski County's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Cave Spring, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 3-6.
