The biggest upset of the week belonged to Columbia, who took down 384th ranked Annville-Cleona, 18-6.
Garden Spot extended the longest winning streak in Lancaster-Lebanon 3 this week by beating Pius X, 35-21. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Spartans.
Donegal's dynamic duo of Matt Foltz and Norman Whitfield proved tough for Pequea Valley to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Foltz threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns and Whitfield had 77 yards receiving. Dylan Maxwell helped Donegal's passing attack out by catching three balls for 67 yards.
Nicholas Roop made the biggest impact on defense this week as the Braves lost to the Indians. The senior forced one fumble.
Cameron Strause was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 33 carries, he ran for 227 yards as Eastern Lebanon County defeated Pequea Valley. Teammate Adam Shoemaker added to the ground attack by rushing for 18 yards.
6-foot-6 quarterback Foltz of Jeff Polites' team is the league leader in passing yards this season with 898. He has also thrown 11 touchdowns. On the ground, the Raiders' Strause has rushed for 915 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Shoemaker. The Eastern Lebanon County star has 14 catches for 338 yards.
Eastern Lebanon County's Strause needs only 85 yards against the Crimson Tide next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season.
A big matchup in Lancaster-Lebanon 3 this week will be when Garden Spot takes on Northern Lebanon. At the moment, Matt Zamperini's team is in first, while the Vikings are in sixth.
Columbia moved up to 408 from 443 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Mike Burke's team climbed the ranks as a result of topping the Dutchmen 18-6.
