Even though they lost, Schulenburg were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. This was only their 17th loss (out of 21 games) when they hit their own glass that hard.
Bloomington is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. As for Schulenburg, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost 16 of their last 18 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-21 record this season.
Bloomington will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Louise at 6:15 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Louise has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Bloomington will arrive with eight straight victories. As for Schulenburg, they will head out on the road to face off against Shiner at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Shiner will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
