national rankings, the biggest increase in the league. The Railroaders are currently No. 74 in the state of Nevada, with an overall record of 20-9.
Carlin currently leads the league with a 20-9 record overall and an 11-1 mark during league play.
Virginia City is zero games back and in second place with an 11-1 league record.
The Railroaders' pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only five hits and seven walks, both of which led the league. On the season, Carlin has allowed just 128 hits, while striking out 164 batters.
Tyler Sirotek leads Carlin with 43 strikeouts in 27 innings pitched.
