After flying high against Channelview last Friday, North Shore came back down to earth. The North Shore Mustangs took a 48-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Friendswood Mustangs. North Shore's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

North Shore's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Friendswood, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Shore will host Atascocita at 1:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Friendswood, they will be playing at home against Santa Fe at 1:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
