On Friday, Shanley put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. Everything went their way against Turtle Mountain as they made off with a 33-8 victory. That result was just more of the same for Shanley, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Shanley's record up to 5-0. The loss dropped Turtle Mountain's record to 2-3.
Next week Shanley take on St. Mary's Central at 7:00 PM. Each team will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Shanley skips in on five wins and St. Mary's Central on four. As for Turtle Mountain, they will face off against Watford City. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses for Turtle Mountain and five for Watford City.
