There's no place like home for North Stokes, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They never let the Alleghany Trojans get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Friday. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by seven runs or more this season.

North Stokes' victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Alleghany, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

North Stokes has already played their next contest, a 4-2 loss against Chatham Charter on the 29th. As for Alleghany, they will challenge East Wilkes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
