Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Kyran Howard stepped things up a notch to give Essex the 'W'. Howard went 1-for-4 with four RBI, which was good enough to set a new career-high in RBI.

Howard's strong effort led Essex over Colonial Beach and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans are 9-1 against the Drifters going back to June of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
