Xavier won the last time they faced Cromwell and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Falcons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

Xavier's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Cromwell, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Xavier will venture away from home to take on Cheshire at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Rams will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cromwell, they will challenge Morgan at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
