Aiden Redmond was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Cooper Tripp, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.

Farmington's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Ste. Genevieve, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
Ste. Genevieve's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Farmington hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .321. It's a different story for Ste. Genevieve, though, as they've only averaged .243. Will they be able to contain Farmington's hitters?
