For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Alliance Christian has suffered against Conestoga Christian since January 28, 2020.
It was another big night for Paul Hurst, who dropped a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds for Conestoga Christian. Hurst is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last eight games he's played. Another player making a difference was Josh Boutaugh, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Alliance Christian bumped their record down to 0-6 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Conestoga Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alliance Christian will square off against Linville Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Conestoga Christian won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Christian School of York at 6:30 p.m. on January 18th.
