The Bingham Miners will head out on the road to  challenge  the Corner Canyon Chargers at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Hopefully Bingham focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 13 on Tuesday.
 Last Tuesday, Bingham faced Herriman in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The  contest between Bingham and Herriman wasn't particularly close, with Bingham falling  46-32. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  points Bingham has scored all season.
 Bingham's  defeat came about despite a quality game from  Brianna Badonie, who  scored 13 points.
 Bingham  struggled to work together and  finished the game with only  an  assist. That's the fewest  assists they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Corner Canyon was able to grind out a solid  win over Mountain Ridge on Tuesday, taking the game  52-43. The  win was just what Corner Canyon needed coming off of a  62-39 defeat in their prior  game.
 This is  the second loss in a row for Bingham and  nudges their season record down to 13-9. As for Corner Canyon, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 13-9.
 Bingham won a  game that couldn't have been any closer  when the teams last played  back in January, slipping by Corner Canyon 57-56. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bingham since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
