He is on a roll when it comes to RBI, as he's now brought in three or more in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mikey Gonzalez, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
River Valley hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Odyssey Institute struck out 11 times.
River Valley's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Tonopah Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Tonopah Valley has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like River Valley struggles in that department as they've been averaging 2.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
