Meanwhile, Topsail posted their closest victory since April 26, 2024 on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Wake County HomeSchool, sneaking past 8-7.
Topsail's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Ashley, they pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
