It was another big night for Michael Wallace, who dropped a double-double on 37 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of McLaurin's points. Another player making a difference was Kendell Clark, who scored 7 points along with 12 rebounds.
Despite the defeat, Clarkdale saw an underclassman step up: Cade Culpepper scored 24 points along with 5 rebounds. The match was Culpepper's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ladonya Adams, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds.
