With a playoff game on the line, the Priceville Bulldogs rose to the challenge on Friday. They managed a 18-14 victory over Dora. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Priceville as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
The critical scores for Priceville came from Jake England, Blitz Clemons, and Cooper Clark.
Dora's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Josh Williams, who picked up 107 receiving yards and a touchdown. Williams' longest reception was for an incredible 80 yards. Another player making a difference was Kesean Pryor, who threw for 80 yards and a touchdown while completing 100% of his passes.
Priceville's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Dora, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-3.
Priceville will square off against Brooks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dora does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
