Goose Creek put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past the North Charleston Cougars with points to spare, taking the game 66-48. That's more bragging rights for the Gators, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ka'Mari Meggett, who posted eight points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Ta'Kari Brown, who earned ten points and seven rebounds.

Goose Creek's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Goose Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 55-38 win against Charleston Math & Science on the 28th. As for North Charleston, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-45 victory against Colleton County on the 28th.
