Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Arrowhead

Arrowhead waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Menomonee Falls Phoenix by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warhawks also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Arrowhead had to fight for the win as two sets went to 30 points or more. The match finished with set scores of 32-30, 32-30.

Arrowhead found their leader in sophomore Jackson Bertolli, who had 12 digs and three assists.

Several Phoenix players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Blake Gaar, who had nine digs and one assist.

Arrowhead's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Menomonee Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-13.

Arrowhead has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Indian Trail on the 4th. As for Menomonee Falls, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Waukesha West on the 4th.
